Ross’s background in business, combined with his service as an Army combat medic and first responder, informs a disciplined, detail-oriented approach grounded in accuracy, responsibility, and ethics. Julie brings extensive experience in information systems and enterprise environments, with a focus on compliance, process design, and scalable operations—helping ensure consistent service and research-aligned practices across the organization.
